The Tobacco Work Apron is Calavera's best-seller, and it's not hard to see why.  Made in the USA and durable as hell, this rugged, oil finished leather work apron feels broken in right out of the gate. This apron features 3 hard-wearing, adjustable strap options made from the toughest bridle leather they could find.

The straps come in two variants: X-Back and Y-Back. The X-Back has an incredibly comfortable fit with an adjustable 1" harness-style straps with quick-release. The Y-Back combines the comfort of the harness style straps with a sturdy, adjustable belt for a perfect, secure fit.

Variations:
TNX28 - 28" | X-Back
TNY28 - 28" | Y-Back
TNX30 - 30" | X-Back
TNY30 - 30" | Y-Back

We're carrying two size variations: 28" and 30". Though this measurement refers specifically to the length of the main panel from top to bottom, the patterns used are based on a typical person's proportions.

How they fit...
To start, you will find that the work aprons are far more streamlined than your typical muu-muu, one-size-fits-no-one style. A well-fit Calavera apron will cover the area between the top of your chest and 3-4 inches above your knees, providing protection from sawdust, wood chips, finishes and other assorted workshop mess while enabling full range of movement and easy access to pants pockets.

More specifically...
- The 28" is a pretty good fit for just about anyone 5'8 and below
- The 30" is a solid choice for those between 5'8" and 6'2 (most popular by a mile)

Additional Information:

This leather starts out extremely soft, with an immediate broken-in feel and fit. Please be aware that oil-finished leather has the potential to stain light colored clothing due to it's varying, but high content of, well... oil.

A note on caring for your work apron:

In the shop, all work aprons are finished with Dr. Jackson's Conditioning Cream. A modest application will do good things to worn or dry areas. For hotter, dryer regions (or applications), we recommend modest doses of Fiebing's Aussie Leather Conditioner with Beeswax. Don't apply too much or it'll get a little sticky.
