Three Distinct Profiles

These unique tools strike a fascinating balance between the shaping and smoothing function of a conventional file and the aggressive stock removal of a wood rasp. Their unique multi-directional cutting ability allows you to quickly remove material in even the most confined spaces.

Even effective on materials such as composites and soft stone, where conventional steel-toothed files are ineffective or provide a short working life.

Flat rasps feature a broad, flat surface for quick leveling of large surfaces, or rounding over edges.

The Half-Round rasps combine a radius side for creating concave surfaces, contouring edges, and rounding holes, with a flat side for flattening and rounding over corners.

Warding rasps feature a thin profile and flat-tapered shape making them ideal for getting in tighter spaces, producing sharp corners, or fine-tuning details.

Tungsten-Carbide teeth outlast standard rasps many times over

Cuts in any direction; great for confined spaces.

Use on wood, fiberglass and other composites, pattern making materials, rubber and polyurethane, soft stone, masonite and more.
