  • Fast removal + control.

A smooth, steady carve as the shape takes form.

  • Quality surface finish.

Light passes refine curves + details, even with coarser grades.

  • Resists loading.

Open tooth spacing helps material clear as you carve.

  • Long tool life.

Wear-resistant tungsten-carbide teeth last through repeated shaping.

Why structured teeth work

Fast material removal, a quality surface finish + an easy, controlled carve. We developed structured tungsten-carbide teeth to bring these advantages together, with open spacing that resists loading and wear resistance for project after project.

Developed to combine strong material removal with surface quality + control. The structured tungsten-carbide teeth and open spacing help material clear, while wear resistance supports long service life. Grade mainly changes the removal rate; light pressure + lighter passes help refine the finish.
