Caring for your Kutzall
Brush away buildup
A few passes with a soft wire brush help clear material from between the teeth.
Clear stubborn residue
Remove the PolyPlug before cleaning. On the bare wheel, gentle heat can release stubborn buildup; allow it to cool before brushing. Follow the full cleaning guide for the method + precautions.

Kutzall’s tungsten-carbide teeth are securely brazed to the steel tool with a nickel alloy. Protect the teeth from impact against hard surfaces, especially while spinning. Let your power tool stop completely before setting it down.

The 2"Contour Wheel is exactly what I was looking for.
It gets in a lot of spots other equipment can't. You can get somewhat aggressive with it and remove quite a bit of material or just go with soft touches for finishing and get the shape I'm looking for with minimal sanding.
