WOW, This rasp is like a box grater on steroids!!
My only regret is, that I didn't get the fine one, instead of the coarse one. My mistake.
I use these on Cow horn and Elk Antler in my business. These remove material incredibly fast, so be careful.
Kutzall is always a great place to buy what I need. I've been buying here since the 80's and have never been disappointed! The staff are top shelf when it comes to Customer Service. You won't find better.

No idea how they make these. Some sort of voodoo magic to get the little popcorn things to sit up on the rasp. They cut like no other tool. I have all 3 shapes and all 3 coarseness grades in the different shapes. Also have a half dozen of the shaping wheels. Even more amazing. These are so good I can't fathom why anyone would buy a traditional rasp. They are also priced great and made in the USA!

The rest cut well and it was easy to free of debris. All of the rest I bought for the same.

My order arrived as expected in a reasonable time. With respect specifically to the rasp, I like that the handle is flat, allowing me to work on a large piece at a glancing angle without the handle getting in the way. I have used the rasp on foam and wood. Both materials have not clogged up the rasp and been easy to clean. Happy with my purchase.
