Original tooth structure
Made in the USAEach profile gives you a different way to shape, hollow or refine your work.
1″ × 1″
Shape rounded recesses, inside curves + hollows.
1/2″ × 1″
Blend flowing curves into narrow grooves + details.
3/4″ × 1-1/8″
Round edges + carve hollows with a curved bottom.
Shape references are not to scale. Head sizes are base diameter × length; the teeth make the finished head slightly larger.
Fine + Coarse use Original teeth for controlled shaping. Choose Fine for a finer finish or Coarse for faster removal.

Develop larger forms with three Coarse-grade burrs for power carving. The Sphere, Flame and Ball Nose move between rounded recesses, flowing curves and edges, giving you a useful range of profiles for woodcarving. Pair their 1/4″ shafts with a compatible die grinder or flex-shaft handpiece.
Made in the USA, the structured tungsten-carbide teeth are brazed to steel for controlled material removal. Carve with or across the grain, using light pressure as you approach the finished shape.

Use a 1/4″ collet or compatible adjustable chuck on a suitable rotary tool, die grinder or flex-shaft handpiece. Hand drills and drill presses are not recommended.
Insert at least half of the shaft into the collet or chuck. Secure it according to your power tool’s instructions.
Recommended operating range: 15,000–30,000 RPM. Both material-removal rate and control improve as speed increases toward the burr’s recommended operating range. Never exceed the lowest maximum speed rating in your setup. Use light pressure and let the tool do the work.
Let your power tool stop completely before setting it down.
