I have used your very coarse burrs for a few years and I just ordered an assortment of fine burrs. They are working fantastic and if you had 6 stars that's what I would have given them. They cut very clean and fast. Hardly needs any sanding on wood. Carving will be more rewarding for me because I can get more detail in my work.
